What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how GenService Pro collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when businesses use the GenService Pro website, self-serve checkout, and application.

Information we collect

  • Account and organization details such as names, email addresses, company names, and user roles.
  • Operational data entered into the service, including customers, generators, appointments, service records, invoices, quotes, notes, and uploads.
  • Subscription and billing metadata needed to provision service and manage paid plans, including Stripe customer and subscription references.
  • Technical and diagnostic data such as browser metadata, authentication events, platform health information, and error reports.
  • Local browser storage used to support sign-in state, installable web app behavior, and offline-safe technician workflows.

How we use information

  • Operate, secure, and improve the GenService Pro application and landing experience.
  • Provision organizations, authenticate users, and enforce plan entitlements and role-based access.
  • Process subscriptions, support billing operations, and provide assisted onboarding or support.
  • Diagnose outages, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and maintain product reliability.

How information is shared

We share information only as needed to run the service, including with cloud infrastructure providers, object storage providers, payment processors, and optional integration providers you choose to connect. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect users, customers, or the service.

Storage, security, and retention

GenService Pro uses role-based access controls, encrypted transport, and cloud-backed object storage for uploads. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed for a business operations platform.

We retain customer data while an account is active and for a limited period after cancellation. When a subscription is canceled, operational data may remain available for up to 30 days before scheduled cleanup runs, unless a longer retention period is required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or a separate written agreement.

Your choices

Account owners can review and update most business information from inside the application. For privacy requests, data export, or deletion questions, contact support@genservicepro.com.

Updates

We may update this policy as the product, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
