Refund Policy

Monthly software charges

Each paid plan includes a 14-day free trial before subscription charges begin. Monthly subscription charges for Starter ($79/month), Pro ($149/month), Growth ($299/month), and additional internal users ($20/month per additional internal user beyond the plan allowance) are generally non-refundable once the trial has ended and the billing period has begun, except where required by law or where a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

We do not provide refunds for unused time, partial billing periods, failure to use the service, customer-side configuration issues, customer-side internet or device problems, or cancellation after a renewal charge has been incurred, except where required by law or agreed in writing.

Additional user changes

Additional user creation and removal may generate prorated charges or credits. Credits are normally applied to the company's future billing balance or next invoice rather than issued as a cash refund. GenService Pro may choose to issue account credit instead of a cash refund unless a cash refund is required by law.

Taxes and payment processing fees

Taxes, duties, assessments, payment processing fees, payment processor fees, chargeback fees, and similar transaction costs are not part of the base software price and are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law once collected, charged, retained, or remitted.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a billing error occurred, contact support before initiating a chargeback where possible. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed payments may result in suspension, cancellation, or loss of access to the workspace while the matter is reviewed. You remain responsible for undisputed amounts and for processor, collection, or chargeback costs to the extent allowed by law.

Cancellation timing

To avoid renewal charges, cancel before the next billing date. Canceling after renewal prevents future renewals but does not automatically reverse the current billing cycle.

Service availability and data exports

Service interruptions, maintenance windows, third-party outages, customer-side device or internet problems, or temporary feature issues do not automatically create a refund right. Customers are responsible for exporting business-critical data they need before cancellation, deletion, or retention-window expiration.
