Subscription Agreement

Commercial scope

This Subscription Agreement applies to self-serve and standard commercial access to GenService Pro unless a separately signed order, master services agreement, or statement of work states otherwise.

Subscription pricing

Current self-serve monthly software subscription pricing is listed below. The applicable rate for your subscription is confirmed at the time of purchase or renewal and may also appear in checkout, invoices, receipts, or account billing screens.

Each paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. Subscription charges begin after the trial period unless the subscription is canceled before the trial ends. Additional internal users beyond the included plan allowance are billed at $20/month per additional internal user after the trial period or according to the then-current billing cycle. Pricing does not include taxes, duties, assessments, card processing costs, chargeback costs, payment processor fees, or similar transaction costs. Those charges may be added separately, passed through, or retained by the payment processor where applicable.

Additional user billing

Additional internal users are billed at $20/month per additional internal user when the account is created or reactivated and remain part of the recurring company invoice until the user is removed, deactivated, or otherwise no longer counted as an active internal user.

Mid-cycle changes may generate prorated billing adjustments or credits according to the billing processor and the current billing cycle.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not undo fees already incurred for the active billing period, except where required by law or a separate written agreement.

Cancellation after renewal prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a refund, reverse the current billing cycle, or remove transaction costs already incurred.

Customer invoice collection

Subscription charges for GenService Pro are separate from payments your company collects from its own customers. GenService Pro may provide tools for invoices, PDF/CSV export, QuickBooks push, manual payment recording, external payment URLs, and optional online payment links. You remain responsible for selecting and operating your customer payment process, reconciling payments, handling disputes with your customers, and complying with any accounting, tax, or payment-processor obligations that apply to your business. Stripe Connect is optional unless separately enabled.

Authority and payment method

By accepting this agreement, you represent that you have authority to bind the subscribing company. You authorize GenService Pro and its payment processor to charge the selected payment method for recurring subscription fees, additional-user charges, prorations, taxes, transaction costs, chargeback-related costs where allowed by law, and related billing adjustments.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a billing error occurred, contact support promptly so GenService Pro can investigate. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in workspace suspension or cancellation while the dispute is reviewed. You remain responsible for undisputed amounts and for chargeback, collection, or processor costs to the extent allowed by law.

Failure to pay

If a payment is declined or remains unpaid, GenService Pro may retry payment, limit access, suspend the workspace, or cancel the subscription after reasonable billing recovery steps.

Customer administration

Workspace administrators are responsible for adding, inviting, deactivating, and removing users and for reviewing active internal users before each renewal. User deactivation or removal affects future billing only unless GenService Pro states otherwise in writing or applicable law requires a different result.

Relationship to other policies

Use of the service also remains subject to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, and Data Policy.
