Terms of Use
Agreement scope
These Terms of Use govern access to the GenService Pro website, self-serve checkout, and software service. If you sign a separate order form, statement of work, or master services agreement with GenService Pro, that signed agreement controls to the extent of any conflict.
Business use
GenService Pro is offered for business and commercial use by generator service organizations and their authorized users. You are responsible for the activity of users you invite into your workspace, for keeping credentials secure, and for reviewing active users before renewal.
Subscriptions and billing
Current self-serve pricing includes a 14-day free trial before subscription charges begin. After the trial, Starter is $79/month with 2 internal users included, Pro is $149/month with 5 internal users included, and Growth is $299/month with 10 internal users included. Additional internal users are billed at $20/month per additional internal user. Pricing is also presented during checkout and in the Subscription Agreement. Taxes, payment processing costs, chargeback costs, payment processor fees, and similar transaction costs are separate from the base software price. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.
If a subscription is canceled, GenService Pro may retain operational data for up to 30 days before scheduled cleanup, unless a different retention term applies under law or a separate written agreement.

GenService Pro subscription billing is separate from your company's own customer invoice collection. Customer invoices may be handled manually, exported, pushed to QuickBooks where configured, routed to your own payment page, or collected through optional online payment links where enabled. Stripe Connect or any specific customer-payment processor is not required for normal use unless you separately enable that integration.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, or interfere with the platform or other customers.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, reverse engineer restricted service components, or probe the system for unauthorized access.
- Do not upload malicious content, credential-harvesting material, or content you do not have the right to use.
Customer data
You retain responsibility for the business data you and your users submit to the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to process that data through GenService Pro and any integrations you enable.
You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of business-critical records and exporting data you need before cancellation, deletion, or retention-window expiration. Platform backups, when maintained, are for GenService Pro disaster recovery and continuity, not a guaranteed customer restore service.
Field work and operational decisions
GenService Pro supports business workflows, but it is not a life-safety system, emergency dispatch system, professional engineering tool, regulatory certification service, or substitute for technician judgment. You remain responsible for field safety, code compliance, inspection accuracy, maintenance decisions, generator readiness, customer communications, and emergency-response procedures.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, improve, or modify features, pricing, and supporting infrastructure over time.
Unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise, GenService Pro does not provide an uptime service-level agreement. Maintenance, outages, internet access, device issues, hosting-provider incidents, third-party API failures, and security events may affect access. Do not rely on the service as the sole method for emergency dispatch or mission-critical service coordination.
Third-party services
The service may depend on payment processors, hosting providers, storage providers, email providers, browser vendors, mobile devices, mapping tools, accounting integrations, and other third-party services. GenService Pro is not responsible for third-party outages, fees, policy changes, data handling outside our control, or incorrect results caused by third-party systems or customer configuration.
Intellectual property
GenService Pro and its software, branding, and service materials remain the property of GenService Pro and its licensors. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during an active subscription or authorized evaluation period.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis, except to the extent otherwise stated in a signed agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenService Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenService Pro's total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts paid by the subscribing company to GenService Pro during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law if no fees were paid. GenService Pro is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, lost or corrupted data, replacement services, or claims brought against you by your customers.
Customer responsibility and indemnity
You are responsible for claims, losses, and expenses arising from your customer relationships, field service work, submitted data, misuse of the service, unlawful content, credential sharing, security failures within your control, tax or accounting decisions, and violations of these terms. To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend and indemnify GenService Pro from third-party claims arising from those matters.
Suspension and support boundaries
GenService Pro may suspend or limit access for nonpayment, chargebacks, suspected compromise, abuse, unlawful activity, platform risk, abnormal usage, or violations of the legal agreements. Suspension does not waive fees already incurred. Standard support is provided through stated support channels and does not include custom implementation, data cleanup, accounting reconciliation, emergency dispatch, or field-service decision-making unless separately contracted.
